Is TeslimX a courier? Same as Kumtel / teslimx.com?

No. This TeslimX is Symetra Media’s Mac and Windows studio software: the client writes on WhatsApp or email, files download from your disk. Kumtel TESLİMX logistics, teslimx.com cargo and Teslimat X freight are other companies. We do not deliver appliances.

Is it only for studios?

No. Anyone who delivers files — photographers, videographers, architects, real-estate media, agencies, in-house teams.

Does the client install an app?

No. They write where they already are: email or WhatsApp. The download link arrives there.

How do I get a license?

WhatsApp or email. Paste it in Settings → Subscription. You can buy before the trial ends.

Close that dialog. Drag TeslimX.app onto the Applications folder. In Applications, right-click TeslimX → Open. If it still blocks: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. You don’t need Kurulum.command.

After you download from the site

Mac

The window that opens is the installer disk, not the app. Don’t run TeslimX from inside that disk — ejecting it would remove the app.

Double-click the TeslimX-macOS.dmg file.
Drag TeslimX.app onto the Applications folder next to it.
In Finder → Applications, right-click TeslimX and choose Open.
If Mac says Apple couldn’t verify it, click Done. Then System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.
The app launches and the 14-day trial starts. You can now eject the TeslimX disk on the desktop.

Windows

The installer is an .exe. Run it from Downloads. SmartScreen may warn you — that does not mean the app is broken.

Download TeslimX-Windows-setup.exe.
Double-click the installer. If Windows protection appears: More info → Run anyway.
When setup finishes, open TeslimX from the Start menu. No license key needed — the 14-day trial starts on its own.
