GDPR & Privacy Notice (KVKK)
This notice explains how Symetra Media processes personal data when you visit www.symetramedia.com, submit our contact form, or reach us via WhatsApp, phone, or email. It is prepared in line with Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Symetra Media is a service brand for social media and digital marketing services. It is not a registered legal entity or tax-registered company. Personal data is processed by the natural person data controller operating under this brand.

2. Data We Process
- Identity: Name, surname
- Contact: Phone, email, WhatsApp messages
- Customer transaction: Quote requests, service preferences, messages, contracts
- Visual/audio: Photos/videos produced under service contracts
- Security: IP address, browser, device, server logs, cookies
- Financial: Invoice/payment data via banks (we do not store card details)

We use HTTPS, access controls, secure hosting, and reasonable technical and organisational measures. No internet transmission is 100% secure.
9. Your Rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR you may request: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability (where applicable), and information about transfers. You may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr) or your local EU supervisory authority.
